Got the Election Blues?
Join Sage Synergy's Left Leaning Women's Group
Are you feeling grief, overwhelm, or sadness following the election results? This 4-week closed group is a safe space for individuals who are left-leaning to process and navigate the complex emotions that have surfaced since the election.
Together, we’ll honor your feelings, explore where they come from, and move through the heaviness with compassion and community. This group will offer tools to help you reconnect with your resilience, gain clarity, and feel supported during this emotional time. Interested? Complete the form below.

Limited size group for deeper connection
Led by a licensed therapist with experience in emotional processing and support
Disclaimer: While yes, I am a licensed mental health therapist (hi, it’s me, Laura Zane-Nwagbaraocha), this is a processing group, not a therapy group. We’ll be diving into some deep, often messy feelings—probably with a side of dark humor—but this isn’t meant to replace actual therapy. Think of this as a place to process and find community, not a substitute for individual counseling. If you’re in need of dedicated mental health support, I highly recommend connecting with a therapist who’s there just for you (and yes, it could still be me in another setting).
Confidentiality: While I’m requesting that everyone keeps what’s shared in here—and who says it—confidential, I can’t guarantee it. We’re relying on each other’s good faith to make this a safe space, so please honor this trust and keep what happens in group, in group. No recording devices, please! Let’s keep this real and respectful.
Group Rules: This is a judgment-free zone. Everyone here is expected to be kind, listen to each other’s perspectives, and give each other room to process without interruptions or judgment. And as the facilitator, I reserve the right to remove anyone who isn’t respecting these guidelines or the shared purpose of the group. The goal here is to support each other, even when we don’t always agree.
Other Important Bits: This group doesn’t provide crisis intervention. If you’re dealing with something urgent, reach out to a professional immediately or use available crisis resources.
